Dave Fitzgerald
Worship Leader, Jesus Culture Music

Dave Fitzgerald grew up in northern Pennsylvania and started out as a 14-year-old drummer. After watching the worship leader and practicing intensely, Dave made the transition from drums to keyboards, and started to lead worship when he was sixteen. Dave's passion is to take down the scaffolding that has built up around our practice of worship through song. Fresh, passionate, and ready to take risks, Dave’s approach is blind to the line that some have drawn between "worship time" and "ministry time." When God is pursued and His Spirit welcomed, everything’s up for grabs.

Dave’s debut album Hope of Heaven is one stream that’s worth exploring, and features special guests Brian and Jenn Johnson, Chris Quilala, Chris McClarney, Christa Black, Rita Springer, and Kristene Mueller, as well as a backup band consisting of Jesus Culture musicians. “It is my heart’s desire and calling to expose God’s presence through my music, whether writing with friends, leading corporate worship or just singing around the piano in our home. The foundational purpose is to let our sprit, soul, and body give Him our praise.” Having served on staff as a worship leader in various churches, Dave Fitzgerald now travels the world leading worship at revivals, special events, and conferences. He and his wife Christy currently reside in Tampa Bay, Florida.
