GENERAL PUBLIC REGISTRATION

Registration: For the general public, we offer FREE registration, with a donation of your choice towards the speakers’ ministries. If we reach venue capacity, online registration will be discontinued. We will also accept free on-site registration if space remains after all online registrants have been seated. Therefore, we strongly recommend registering in advance.
UNIVERSITY STUDENT REGISTRATION
The registration information below applies only to qualified university students.
Registration: Student registration includes free lodging and meals in addition to conference registration, provided that you register prior to the Free Registration Deadline (September 12, 2019 at 11:59PM PST). After this deadline, student registration will be $49. To qualify, you must be:
A full-time student (you cannot be employed other than through work-study or short-term internships) pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at one of the following universities: Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, MIT, NYU, Princeton, UPenn, or Yale. Students from other universities will not qualify for student registration but may register with public registration.
Students enrolled in online programs, weekend/night programs, and any course of study which does not earn a degree do not qualify.
At least 18 years old and no more than 30 years old.
Have a valid .edu email address from your university or be able to provide proof of enrollment.
Travel: Our staff will provide FREE transportation for students only from Brown, Dartmouth, Harvard, MIT, and Cornell. Please note that vans will depart from these campuses as early as noon Thurs Sept 26 and may not return until late afternoon/evening Sun Sept 29. This service is available to all students from those campuses who register prior to the Free Registration Deadline (Sept 12, 2019 11:59PM PST). We do not provide transportation from other campuses, though the venue is easily reachable by public transportation or by car, and our campus coordinators will assist with travel for all target campuses.
Accommodations: As a courtesy to student attendees, we provide accommodations for all qualified students at the conference hotel. Rooms will be shared by up to 4 students. We request that registrants obey all hotel rules and act in a respectful manner toward hotel staff and other guests.
Requesting Roommates: Students may request roommates on their registration form or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot guarantee these rooming preferences and will only accommodate them when possible. However, we may be unlikely to honor roommate requests for any student arriving late. Additionally, since rooming is only provided for students, we are not able to room you with non-student registrants.

Since we invite all qualified students to attend our events, we cannot and do not attempt to predict the behavior of other attendees. By accepting our rooming arrangements, you release Alabaster Group, our staff/affiliates, the conference hotel, and our partners from all liability directly or indirectly related to your attendance and experience. Though it is standard policy for student conferences like ours to room students together, certain students may feel more comfortable purchasing their own room, and we encourage you to do so if that is the case.
Meals: Meals are provided for student attendees throughout the conference. Our caterers represent different ethnic traditions, so certain foods may be unfamiliar. Our caterers cannot always accommodate dietary restrictions, although we will offer vegetarian options when possible. We recommend for attendees with more restrictive diets to bring their own food. If you have any questions, please contact us to discuss options that would best serve you.
Hotel Accommodations: The conference will be hosted at the DoubleTree Newark Airport, and we are pleased to offer our attendees a discounted hotel rate of $119/night for both King and Doubles rooms. You may book online at our event booking page, through the normal Doubletree Newark Airport website with Group Code “AL2”, or by phone at 1-800-222-8733 (and mention Alabaster Group and these dates). The deadline to purchase hotel rooms under our room block is September 9, 2019, but our block may sell out at any time. Our discounted rates only apply for stays during the conference dates.
Parking: Discounted parking of $6/day at the DoubleTree Newark Airport parking lot is offered to all conference attendees. Drivers will receive a parking slip upon entering the hotel parking lot that they can get validated at the hotel front desk before leaving.
Public Transportation: DoubleTree Newark Airport Hotel offers complimentary 24/7 shuttle services every 15 minutes to/from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). This shuttle only picks up guests at airport garage P4, accessible from NJ transit trains and the EWR AirTrain.
Heidi Baker is a missionary whose passion is calling people into a radical place of intimacy with the Lord Jesus. With her husband Rolland Baker, Heidi co-founded Iris Ministries, a missions organization dedicated to serving Jesus and the very poor, especially in Mozambique. Heidi’s message of what God’s love in action looks like is one of the most revolutionary and effective in the world today, and has moved thousands to lay their lives down for the sake of Love.
Iris’ mission is to express a living and tangible response to those commandments that Jesus called greatest: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength” and “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Iris oversees some 10,000 churches, fifteen outreach bases, five bible colleges, medical clinics, church-based orphan care, children’s villages, primary schools, cottage industries, widow’s programs, well drilling projects, missionary training schools village feeding programs, housing for the disabled and other development initiatives. Iris churches can be seen in nations all around the world, including Brazil, India, Indonesia, Israel, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Nepal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, South Korea, Sudan and Tanzania.
David Hogan was born and raised in a family of pastors before he rebelled against the hypocrisy of the church for a life of gangs and violence. After supernaturally encountering God, David and his wife Debbie moved to Mexico as missionaries. Since 1981, their ministry has planted over 600 churches in Latin America through preaching a powerful, life-giving Gospel and has witnessed a myriad of miraculous signs and wonders, including over 600 dead people being raised to life through the power of the Holy Spirit.
David founded Freedom Ministries, which now includes a team of missionaries and local ministers reaching many countries in Latin America. Their work continues to grow through preaching an uncompromising Gospel with many missionaries coming alongside to complete the vision of winning Mexico and the world for Jesus.
Eugene Bach is a pseudonym for a leader of the underground church in China and of Back to Jerusalem, which supports the work of “underground believers” in China and elsewhere. He has been working with church leaders in China for more than fifteen years, helping them to establish forward mission bases in closed countries around the world, including Iraq and Syria. Back to Jerusalem provides essential support for Chinese missionaries in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. In these hostile environments, where there are strict government regulations, it is extremely difficult to be a Christian. Under the circumstances, Chinese Christians must be creative. They have developed many innovative technologies to share the Gospel with people groups on the road from China back to Jerusalem.

Frequently Asked Questions
After I register, what happens next?
You will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with your ticket attached. Please bring your Eventbrite e-ticket, along with a government-issued photo ID to the Registration desk when you check in.
Are tickets available for a single day or a single session?
We do not offer registration for partial attendance. Registration is by voluntary donation, there is no penalty for not attending certain sessions, but we do recommend attending the entire event.
Will you have overflow seating? What happens if you sell out?
There will be no overflow seating. As we approach the venue capacity, registration will be discontinued. Attendees may also register on-site if online registration is sold out but will be seated after online registrants.
I want to get the best seats possible. When do doors open for each session?
Doors open 30-60 minutes before each session, depending on set-up needs. Seats may not be reserved between sessions. All personal property must be removed from the venue between sessions.
Are children permitted to attend Gospel Forum? Do you offer childcare?
Of course! We welcome everyone, regardless of age. Everyone - including children - requires a registration and name badge. We request that parents with young children kindly step outside the meeting space if their children become disruptive to others. We are not able to offer childcare services.
Are recordings - either photo, audio, or video - allowed?
No; rights to presentations made at Gospel Forum are reserved by Alabaster Group, and all forms of recordings are strictly prohibited. We do generally make recordings available to the public shortly after the conference free of charge. Those recordings may be used with written permission from Alabaster Group.
Will Gospel Forum include healing services?
We believe in the power of God to heal. We do not direct our speakers to address specific topics or needs, so we cannot guarantee that there will be a dedicated healing service. However, we anticipate that there will be many opportunities to receive prayer for a variety of needs.
I am no longer able to attend. What should I do?
Because registrations are on a voluntary donation basis, no refunds are possible if you are unable to attend. We also are not able to transfer your registration to someone else. However, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know that you are no longer coming, as that will allow us to accept more registrations.
